Julie Brougham and the impressive Rhinelander gelding, ‘Vom Feinsten’ rode to victory yesterday, with the pair winning the CDI3* Grand Prix, in Taupo, New Zealand.

The unbeatable combination scored an impressive 68.00 per cent, with the victory supporting their ongoing campaign for the fast approaching World Equestrian Games in September.

Second in the Grand Prix was Debbie Barke on Lucrative SW, with a score of 64.957 per cent, with Wendi Williamson on Don Amour MH coming third with 64.174 per cent.

Julie and Vom Feinsten are currently the top ranked dressage pair in New Zealand, with the pair being ranked number 88 in the world, the combination becoming strong contendors for the World Equestrian Games, held in Tryon, North Carolina.

CDI3* Grand Prix results:

1.    Julie Brougham and Vom Feinsten – 68.000%
2.    Debbie Barke and Lucrative SW – 64.957%
3.    Wendi Williamson and Don Amour MH – 64.174%
