The Eventing competition circuit is heating up with the Tamworth International taking place this weekend.

Spread across the 13th & 14th March, this is the first event of the year at the world class Australian Equine and Livestock Events Centre in Tamworth.

It will also be the first FEI international event of the season for the 2* to 4* riders and the horses, with the Eventing at SIEC on having an international 3*.

The international classes are tipped to attract many top-level professional riders from all over the State to compete for National, and even Olympic qualifications to be selected for the Tokyo Olympics that have been rescheduled for later on this year.

Starting at with classes as low as 45cms, the atmosphere will reach fever-pitch for the CCI 4* class as some of the best eventers in the country battle it out for the top placings.

Keep up to date with all the action over the weekend with Equestrian Life.
