Tom McDermott and Alpha Activity win Gatton World Cup Qualifier

Tom McDermott and Alpha Activity have won the Magic Millions World Cup Qualifier at the Pryde’s EasiFeed Gatton World Cup Show, with the pair jumping the only double clear acrosss two rounds to claim victory. Second place went to James Paterson-Robertson and Diamond B Vivienne, who were the fastest in the second round of those finishing on four faults, while David Cameron and Alan 111 Z were third.

Maleah Lang-McMahon and Finch Farm Carlsberg won the Icepack Sleeper Can Air-conditioning Systems Junior Championship Final, jumping a double clear and narrowly completing the fastest jump off round. Maleah also won the Pryde’s EasiFeed FEI World Jumping Challenge with PSS Chantilly.
In the Brice Trailers Young Rider Championship Final, it was Sally Simmonds and Chio MS who produced the quickest clear in the six-horse jump off.
The Equilegal Amateur Championship Final went to Michael Short and Belle Phlynn Park Carmichael, while the Langfield Lodge Newcomers Championship Final went to Ross Smith and Valentino QSH.
In the hotly contested HINO Future Stars Championship Final for 6-8 year old horses, Clem Smith rode Oaks Conjuror into first place, while the Peachester Lodge Mini Prix Championship Final went to Stuart Jenkins and Adecci.
