Winning return for Simone Pearce and Destano

Simone Pearce has returned to the competition arena with her Tokyo Olympic partner Destano at Motesice CDI-W in Slovakia, scoring 73.217% to win the Grand Prix on Friday.

It was the pair’s first competition since April, 2022. It was recently agreed with owners Gestüt Sprehe that 16-year-old stallion Destano would once again be ridden by the Australian dressage star, and it certainly appears they have picked up where they left off.
