Zonik’s owners and Edward Gal have made the decision to withdraw Glock’s Zonik from the CDI-W in Amsterdam. The 11-year-old Danish Warmblood stallion was also withdrawn from the CDI-W in London in 2018 due to a fever, which was a disappointing end to the year considering the pairs success throughout the 2018 season. The combination represented the Netherlands at the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon, where they finished seventh in the Grand Prix Special.

The stunning Danish Warmblood Zonik, is Edward Gal’s only current Grand Prix mount.

The Jumping Amsterdam event, which commences on the 24th of January will be the first world cup qualifier for 2019, and will be sure to feature some of the world’s top horse and rider combinations.
