Grand Prix stars line up for Boneo Summer Dressage Championships

The Homes & Acreage 2021 Boneo Summer Dressage Championships (21-24 January) begin tomorrow and will continue across the weekend – and there is plenty to be excited about for dressage fans!
The much anticipated Grand Prix (CDN) class takes place on Friday, with the following to compete:
Davidoff and Jane Crantock
Aea Metallic and Dirk Dijkstra
Captain Cooks and Pauline Carnovale
Aristede and Lindsey Ware
Mayfield Limelight and Kerry Mack
Fererro Chocolate Box and Sheridyn Ashwood
KH Ambrose and Heather Gee
CJP Diamond Dazzler and Jenny Bray
Balzac and Sue West
Cil Dara Gandalf and Louise Curran
Corinna and Lone Joergensen
Royalito and Dirk Dirkstra
Syriana and Mary Hanna

In the Grand Prix test the Victorian Dressage Festival in December, Lone and Corinna were victorious on a score of 73.949%, with Mary Hanna finishing second on 72.464%.
At the same event, Kerry Mack and Mayfield Limelight achieved a personal best score of 68.515%, while Pauline Carnovale and Captain Cooks also scored an impressive 68.442%.
It’s fantastic to see such a big Grand Prix field, despite Covid restrictions meaning few are travelling to the event from outside of Victoria. In fact, Sheridyn Ashwood and Fererro Chocolate Box are the only interstate competitors (NSW)!
