Day two of The Saddlefitter Brisbane CDN

Day two of the The Saddlefitter Brisbane CDN is complete, with plenty of action across both arenas!
Today also saw Equestrian Life’s first day of live streaming, with classes from the Rosehip Main Arena streamed from 11.15am until the end of the day. It was great to be able to share all the action from this fabulous event with those interstate (and internationally) who were unable to attend with Covid border closures.

The winners of each class today were as follows:
The Martin Collins CDN Grand Prix saw the winners of yesterday’s Inter II, Emma Flavelle-Watts and Cabaret C, again in fine form. The pair won the class with a score of 71.413%. Victoria Welch was second with Bellagio 11 on 64.529%, Danielle Shearer and Riverview Cinderella were third on 63.225%, and Justine Dean on Sharellen Gadabout were fourth on 55.435%.
The Horseland Gold Coast FEI Junior Team Test was won by India Cochrane and the evergreen GB Winchester, a horse that is no stranger to the big stage at QSEC! The pair scored 67.828%.
The LP Equestrian FEI Pony Team Test went to Riverlea Stormboy ridden by Jorja McCloskey; they scored 63.143%.
The Aussie Equine Supplies FEI Young Rider Team Test went to Holly Wickham and Kinnordy Gyron on a score of 64.902%.

The County Saddlery CDN Prix St George (AAOR), which marked the opening of Equestrian Life’s live stream on the main arena, was won by Lee Muir-Clarke and Davinci L with a score of 66.324%.

The County Saddlery CDN Prix St George (Open) was a hotly contested class with some great scores. The last combination to go, Elloise Devlin and Brimstone Florente, ended up the winners with a score of 72.735%.
The Vision Freight Forwarding Under 25 Intermediate II went to Eliza Cullen and Dobria De Jeu on 64.706%.
The Equine Edge Rehabilitation Medium 4B (AAOR) went to Amanda Finnimore and Bellara Belvedere on 68.986%, while the Medium 4C (AAOR) when to Ellyn Parker and My Rosalee on 67.692%. The overall Medium AAOR Championship went to Amanda, while Ellyn was the runner up!
The HHSA Novice 2B (Open) was won by Nicole Tough and Faberge on a big score of 76.618%. The pair also took out the Novice 2C (Open) on 75.286%, meaning they were crowned the overall Novice Open Champions. Emma Flavelle-Watts and Scarlatti Mio VSR were the runners up.
Cash’s Floor Coverings Novice 2B (AAOR) was won by Kerry McDonnell and Fairbanks Blitz on 71.250%, while the Novice 2C (AAOR) went to Stephanie Neergaard and Felini R on 69.643%. Kerry was crowned the overall Novice AAOR Champion, with Julianna Tetlow and Stonefox Gladiator putting in two consistent tests to claim the runner up prize.
