The nomination criteria for Jumping includes a long list of ways combinations can satisfy the threshold criteria to be then considered for nomination.
Being a CSI1*-W event, the following applies to the Boneo Classic World Cup:
“Combinations that have completed the first round of two FEI World Cup™ Competitions at selected outdoor CSI1*-W, CSI2*-W, CSI3*-W and/or selected CSIO3*-W outdoor events with a score of not more than zero (0) penalties.”
In short, a clear first round in the World Cup class at Boneo counts towards qualifying for considering for selection.
The Boneo Classic is also listed as a selection event, meaning the selection panel may take into account performances from the World Cup class when selecting a team from those who have met threshold criteria.
The draw for the World Cup class can be found here.
We’re set for a big weekend of competition – best of luck to all competing!!
