Boneo Cup is Underway!

The Boneo Cup kicks off today at Boneo Park on the Mornington Peninsula, where we’ll see riders from across Australia compete over three days of show jumping.

This weekend marks the second year for the annual Boneo Cup, which acts as a warm-up for riders ahead of the Australian Showjumping Championships next weekend, and organisers couldn’t be happier with  the number of entries received.

There are 21 riders in the line-up for the Boneo Cup class, which will be great to watch on the Sunday to see if reigning winner Brook Dobbin can ride out of the arena as the winner for a second year.

Almost everyone who is travelling to the event has arrived, with Queensland groups settling in to Boneo Park Monday.

New yards, camp sites and round yards have all been completed and the grounds are looking spectacular, with sunshine predicted for Saturday and Sunday, making it one stunning Spring weekend on the Peninsula.

Entry is free for spectators and Boneo Park would like to take this opportunity to thank all involved and in particular to major sponsor, Browns Sawdust.
