Horse & Country extends Australian distribution with Samsung TV Plus

Horse & Country, the leading international equestrian sports network, is pleased to announce an expansion of its relationship with Samsung through the launch of its advertising supported network on Samsung TV Plus in Australia. H&C can be found at channel number 1345 following the Australian launch on November 23rd.

H&C recently launched on Samsung TV Plus in the UK, (October 2020). Now, Australian fans of equestrian sports who own a Samsung smart TV will have unprecedented access to an exciting line up of equestrian programming, from home and abroad, including exclusive training and educational shows, entertainment and documentary series. Samsung TV Plus is a free Smart TV video service available on Samsung 2018+ televisions, with the service following shortly on 2017 models, (December 2020).

Over the coming months, viewers can enjoy exclusive training shows from Australian equestrian stars such as Burto's Basics, with Australian Eventing champion, Chris Burton; Ken Faulkner: Horseman of Oz and Training with Warwick Schiller. Also sporting highlights include coverage from Les 5 Etoiles de Pau, the only 5* International to have taken place in 2020.

H&C’s technology provider Amagi prepared delivery of the H&C network for the Samsung platform.

H&C+, the subscription service from Horse & Country, offers hundreds of days of live sports streaming, plus over 1,600 hours of quality training and learning, entertainment, and documentary programming for equestrian sports enthusiasts.
