Though the sun was not out, but the rain stayed at bay making it a brighter and drier day two for all the competitors. This lapse in rain gave all the opportunity to get out and watch the spectacular sand dancing (albeit in arenas that were still a little wet) and treat themselves to some mid-year shopping in the central trade village.
